I hereby voluntarily request and authorize WPS to deduct the amount stated above from my after-tax wages for a charitable contribution to the WPS Charitable Foundation. I understand that ongoing deductions will begin immediately and continue until I notify the WPS Foundation@wpsic.com IN WRITING, that I no longer wish to donate to the WPS Charitable Foundation. This does not apply to one-time donations.

The WPS Charitable Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) private foundation. Its purpose is to acquire and distribute funds to enhance educational opportunities for the children of WPS employees through the Ray Koenig Memorial Scholarship and to support public charities providing services, programs, and initiatives to enhance the lives of the people in our communities by focusing philanthropic efforts towards mental health, education, and veterans. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and will be used by the WPS Charitable Foundation to carry out the tax-exempt purposes of the WPS Charitable Foundation.
