Wisconsin State Journal names WPS Health Solutions a winner of the Top Workplaces 2022 award

MADISON, Wis.—March 28, 2022—WPS Health Solutions has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Wisconsin State Journal for the second year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC.

The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. More than 1,050 WPS employees participated in the survey and only 60 companies made this year’s list.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace is a testament to the amazing people who show up every day to do great work. Cultivating a culture where people can be their authentic selves leads to resilient people and teams that perform to their highest ability. Our shared commitment and collective contributions make WPS a rewarding place to work,” says Moira Klos, WPS Chief People Officer.

“Companies need to authentically represent their brand to job seekers,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “The employee experience needs to be on the mission-critical list. Leaders who embrace a people-first culture will benefit greatly. By giving employees a voice and showcasing your authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance.”
