Chief People Officer
Moira Klos joined WPS Health Solutions in September 2013 to lead the talent management program. She was promoted to Chief People Officer in March 2022, a role in which she focuses on building a people strategy advancing culture and driving business transformation through strong, adaptive leadership. She is a member of WPS’ Enterprise Leadership Team, which is responsible for overall company direction and culture.
Moira has dedicated her career to transforming organizational cultures, enhancing the employee experience, and improving/simplifying how work gets done. She has done this both as a leader within organizations and as a consultant for clients in the financial, health care, government, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. Her innovative practices have been featured in Harvard Business Review and Gartner case profiles.
She has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a master’s degree in adult education with a human resources development concentration, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Moira is a member of the Human Resources Advisory Committee for Madison College and the Center for Professional and Executive Development Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin. She is also a member of The Alliance Board of Directors.
