Vice President, Internal Audit and Compliance
Vicki Cobb joined WPS in June 2022 as the Vice President, Internal Audit and Compliance. She has responsibility for the oversight of the WPS compliance and audit programs.
Prior to joining WPS, Vicki worked in the federal contracting environment for more than 25 years, most recently serving as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Chief Audit Executive. She is skilled at developing ethics, compliance, and privacy programs, collaborating to strengthen internal controls, and mitigating risk. With a focus on continual improvement, Vicki led a previous organization in developing an organizational conflict of interest program and helped it win 11 compliance industry best practice awards.
Vicki is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed various leadership courses, including the Strategic Leadership Program at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
